Terms of Service & Refund Policy

The service

TahmeerResume is an online CV builder. Building, editing, previewing and the Resume Check are free. Downloading a finished CV as PDF or DOCX requires an active Pro subscription or export credits, purchased through our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy), who is the seller of record for tax purposes and whose checkout terms also apply to your purchase.

Your responsibilities

• Everything on your CV must be true. AI suggestions are drafts for you to check — you are responsible for the final content you send to employers.
• Keep your account password safe. You must be 18 or older to hold an account and purchase.
• Do not use the service to create documents for another person without their consent, or for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions

• Pro is billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the Pricing page and repeated at checkout and on the export screen before you confirm.
• It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page; access runs to the end of the paid period and exports already downloaded remain yours.
• If a payment fails, Pro pauses after a short grace period until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.

Export credits

Export Packs are one-time purchases. One credit exports one CV (PDF or DOCX). Credits are tied to your account, never expire, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Refunds

• If the service fails to deliver an export you paid for (for example, a technical fault on our side), contact us and we will re-issue the export or refund that purchase.
• Unused Export Pack credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credit from the pack has been spent.
• Subscriptions are refunded at our discretion where required by law; cancelling stops future renewals immediately.
• Refund requests are handled through the merchant of record’s receipt/support channel or by contacting us.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and your data intact, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect for existing subscribers.
